Events appear on the Weekly schedule screen in the One Time Events job group. You can easily add or replace contact assignments across events and regular jobs side by side. You can also create events from scratch on-the-fly.

Notes:

• the One Time Events job group always appears regardless if there are any events in the week being displayed.
• the shorthanded ("pink") event on May 7 currently only has 2 workers assigned out of 6 required
