Setting up ongoing assignments for your "regulars"

The regulars are those volunteers you can count on to come in week after week to drive a certain route or pack food in the kitchen on a certain day of the week.

In the MOW Scheduler, an Ongoing Assignment is a volunteer commitment to fill a job shift on a ongoing basis. For example John drives route 6 every Monday, Tom drives route 10 every 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of the month, Mary packs food on 2nd and 4th Fridays, etc. MOW Scheduler makes entering these schedules as simple as possible, with user-friendly click-and-add tools.

The work you spend at the beginning to put all these scheduled ongoing assignments in the system will pay off in a big way going forward. The regulars will automatically show up in the calendar week after week, so that you only need to focus on managing cancellations and filling openings.
